The Khmer Empire Full & Half Marathon, organized by Cambodia Event Organizer, is the second edition of this recent event located in Siem Reap in north-western Cambodia. Distances of 3 Km, 10.5 Km, 21.1 Km and the full marathon distance of 42.195 Km are available. Khmer Empire Full and Half Marathon is held at one of the most famous heritages in the world. Angkor literally means ‘Capital City’, in its modern usage Angkor has come to refer to the capital city of the Khmer Empire that existed in the area of Cambodia between the 9th and 12th centuries. The course is in the Angkor Wat which is a temple complex and the largest religious monument in the world. During the race, runners pass many historical monuments; start and finish is established in Angkor Wat Ruins in front of the Central Sanctuary of Angkor Wat. The Sunshine Coast Marathon & Community Run Festival is a member of the Association of International Marathons & Road Races (AIMS) and is one of the most-loved running festivals in Australia.  Since its inception, the Sunshine Coast Marathon has raised over $1.6 million for charity and community groups. Located on the stunning Sunshine Coast, Queensland an hour’s drive north of Brisbane this event has been timed to make the most of the ideal Queensland winter running conditions. Blue skies, low humidity and mild temperatures combined with a flat course always enable fast times. Event distances include the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km, 5km and the 2km.
